I'm planning a picnic for myself and my boyfriend. I've already chosen what I want to serve but need something to complement it.
The main course will be wheat wraps with lemon hummus and sauteed eggplant, spinach and tomato.
We're vegetarian. I need a recipe that could travel somewhat decently. I'm a proficient cook.
We like trying out new and unique foods, so I'd love a recipe that's out of the ordinary. I do have one concern. I'd like to be able to get all the ingredients at a regular supermarket, so I'd prefer a recipe without insanely obscure ingredients.
