Can plan b cause you to miss your 2nd period after taking it?

  1. Yes it can. It is a side effect of Plan B. It causes irregularity/changes with periods. Even though you have taken this emergency contraception, you may want to take a pregnancy test just to ease your mind. Your period will slowly get back to normal shortly.
