Side effects of Orovo Detox?

I just started the Orovo Detox pill yesterday and found it difficult to fall into a deep sleep. My body was tired my mind was very restless. Also my stomache was upset for the most part of the day. Has anyone else had these symptoms and is there any other way to take the dosage reccomended?

The caffeine from the green tea is probably what is affecting your sleep.  You can try the regular Orovo pill in the caffeine free form, but I don't know if that will work either.  I also see that many people on here have commented that they were urinating a lot and they think it is the detox effect working.  I believe that is also the caffeine, as caffeine is a diuretic and sheds water from the body.  So people are probably just losing water weight.  I would just try to make sure that you take the last dose each day no later than 8 hours or so before bedtime.  That might help.
