Side side door noise(fridge side door)

Question

Whenever you open the right side (fridge side of side by side) 100% it makes a clunk and if look at the bottem of door where it rotates around a shaft you can see a spacer or gasket that moves at the same time of noise . The gasket or spacer jerks and noise happens at the same time? can i replace the spacer / gasket? ? do i remove something at top and just pick the door up?thankssonnyIs This country Great or What
