SideKick???

If I buy the new sidekick from t-mobile, can I switch my AT&T Sim card into it, and will it work under my AT&T plan.

It depends, if you buy the sidekick and it is unlocked then it will work. But if you buy a sidekick that is locked, IT WILL NOT WORK. You can tell if it is locked by checking to see if there is a t-mobile logo on the phone. Usually if you're buying the phone at full price, it should not be locked. But if your buying it with a plan, it is locked
