Sidekick LX frozen! help!

My Sidekick LX has been frozen for the last ten minutes. I sent a picture message to my friend ten minutes ago too and she hasn't gotten it. HELP!

  1. Wait until the battery dies and recharge it

    or

    call your customer support


  2. take out the battery and hold it next to a fan or AC vent. sounds weird, but worked for me

  3. wait until it turns off then see if it works.. if it doesnt get it fix

  4. Take the battery out and put it in again... It will work.. then send it again..

  5. put it in the microwave and press the thaw button
