Sidekick Slide, Gekko, or LX?

Question

I'm planning to get a sidekick soon, but I seriously have no idea which to get! I really want to get a slide because I might damage the LX/Gekko with the flippy thingy (XD) but I think it's sold out. As for Gekko, I was planning to design my own shell, but yet again, I do not know which sidekick I want more... Which one would you recommend? Which is better? Thanks!!!

okk theres three sidekicks available right now...

1. Sidekick LX

2. Sidekick Slide

3. Sidekick 2008 (basically they made the Aspen and Gekko into one with changeable shells)

The LX runs for around $250 with a new 2yr activation.

The Slide runs at about $150 with a new 2yr activation.

The 2008 runs for around $135 with a new 2yr activation

now that you got all the info..i personally recommend the LX..yes its a little bigger than the other two but the texting and im-ing is very comfortable (i think one of the best) the keys are spaced perfectly and sized awesomely lol

the slide is ok. not a big fan just because it is made my motorola and not a true sidekick...

the sidekick 2008 is new and its great too...its smaller than the lx which makes the texting..just a lil bit more difficult but the customible colors and smaller size make up for it in its own way..

So to summarize...i would try the lx or the new 2008 but i wouldnt put my money on the slide...
