Sidekick lx not sending messages?

Question

Sidekick lx not receiving messages. Has this happened to anybody else? I tried the soft reset, master rester, calling customer care. The phone isn't under warranty.

What should I do????

I haven't dropped it, it hasn't been near water or anything.

my friend has the same problem how about takeing the battery out for 10 sec then try it. when can you buy a new phone than sell the other phone

Try taking a paper clip, stick it in the back there should be a hole there, and pushing the power button at the same time. The phone should vibrate and restart. Then send yourself a message twice to register yourself.
