Sidekick lx prepaid??

Question

i just went and bought an lx prepaid and i want to know how to change my plan to the sidekick plan??

the guy at the store put my old sim card in the new lx and texting, calling, and all that works.

but the internet doesn't and i think its because i haven't switched to the dollar a day sidekick plan.

i tried logging in at t-mobiles website to change the plan and it says "your login has been disabled"

can someone help me!?

Usually when your login is disabled it's because a wrong password has been entered several times. Or sometimes it means there's a technical problem though. Either way, the thing to do is call 611. They can check your online login (and they'll unlock it if it's the wrong-password thing) and they could also switch you over to the Sidekick Prepaid plan at the same time. You're right, that's why you can't access the internet from the LX, you need to be on that plan.
