Sidekick lx question??(10 points to best answer!)?

Question

just got my sidekick lx today (yay!!lol)

and the internet and everything is working but when i go to download themes or ringtones from the catalog it says "you've incountered an server error" or something like that.

why does it do this??

Thats Weird If It Keeps Happening Just Call Customer Service

i have no clue but you can download themes from your computer and them import them to your phone google sidekick LX themes or free sidekick LX themes
