Sidekick lx update..?

Question

Well ever since the sidekick lx had that update, I can't receive picture messages.. is it just my sidekick or is it everyone? and is there a place I could call to fix this.?

i think its just your phone cause mine works perfectly fine!!! and i can send videos also perfectly fine!!! if i were u i would go to a store and like tell them to check it out
