when the over-the-air update came out, i didn't have the internet plan, now i added the plan back, but i'm still not getting the update .. when will i get it?

It sounds like the Internet plan is not adding to your account properly. You should double check with customer care that it is added to your account or you can view your plan from your online account too and see if it is added on there.
