Sidekick lx won't let me download ringtones??

Question

i got a sidekick lx yesterday and everything works calling, texting, internet, the only thing it wont let me do is download ringtones from the download catalog!(i have prepaid by the way and use the dollar a day sidekick unlimited plan)

it lets me view songs and preview them but when i click purchase it gives me an error message and tells me to try later.

why does it do this?

i want ringtones badly!

where can i get them?

You should certainly be able to buy ringtone downloads with Sidekick Prepaid, if you have the balance for it; sounds like there's a technical problem. I'd call 611 and ask for help, maybe it's your phone or service but maybe it's an issue with prepaid downloads.
