Can you do a day trip from siem reap to phonm penh going by road , if so how long does it take

Not sure about the time, But the day trip should be no problem, I come from Pattaya Thailand on a day trip, and have plenty of day left after.

Yes, I know for a fact that you can. I went from Phonm Penh to Siem Reap the last time I was in Cambodia. We made it in under a day. I hear that they have better roads connecting the two cities now.
