  1. need more info.  Are you talking about a Toyota Sienna?  What year?  Miles?  How much is the warranty?  What does it cover?

  2. I would recommend the warranty.  It is a Toyota, however you can still have issues with any car.  Plus any of those options, Navigation, Rear Entertainment or even the power sliding doors would be covered under a basic warranty.  If its from a Toyota dealership try to make sure its a Toyota Warranty, you will have an easier time getting things fixed than if its a separate company. The only other thing to consider is how long you plan on keeping the car, if its for a long time and you look at what the warranty is over 5 years, its probably significantly less than what you pay for you regular car insurance.

  3. Only if you plan to keep it longer than the original factory warranty. If so, you will need the extended coverage for sure. There's a lot of electronics in it. You need to be sure you're still covered once the factory warranty runs out because any repairs will be extremely costly without it.
