Sierra Nevada Job Corps.?

I've been considering joining Job Corps for some time now but of course it sounds too good to be true and I've been receiving mixed reviews from people about the whole thing. So I would really like an insiders opinion on what it's TRULY like.

I was hoping for information on the Sierra Nevada Job Corps specifically but any generalized information on the living is appreciated :)

Specific Questions: Is there internet? What is dorm living like? The food? Is there a gym or any other type of facilities? How much is the pay? Is getting your GED easy?
