Sigining in problems on ebay?

Question

I really need some help here, I just tried to sign into my ebay account and it says either my user id or password is wrong!. I know that they are both correct and no-one else uses this computer so I have no idea what is happening. I tried getting my details re-sent to my email address but I haven't recieved anything( it was about 1hour ago) I also tried to get some help on the site itself but to use the contact us you have to be signed in!. AAAgghhh!A speedy response would be much appreciated.

Go to http://www.ebay.com/ and on the top right you will see  the words " live help". I dont  think you have to signed in to use it.
