Question:

Signature cocktail ideas?

Preferably something with champagne, on the sweeter side. Any original/creative ideas for what we can do as a signature drink? Also, any unique names for them? We are having an ice slide for martinis, and figured it would be really cool to have it for the signature cocktail, as well.

  2. I once made this for new year's- champagne with a little cranberry juice and a sugar cube at the bottom of the glass.

  3. Champagne & Lemonade Go Really Well Together. You Can Always Add A Touch Of Food Colouring To Make It Bright. Thats Supposedly Called A "Straight Faced Liar". HaHaHa.

Also, Apparently You Can Put Champagne With Creaming Soda & It's Really Good - I Haven't Tried That.

Maybe You Should Also Have A Look On Here..

    Good Luck.

  4. I like Bellinis- they can be made with either peach or raspberry and they're quite delicious.  Or you could do a Kir Royale, which is champagne with a dash of Chambord in it to make it sweet.
