My son is going to start a private swim lesson from an instructor (who is a friend's distant cousin) who does not have a current CPR license and who has been teaching swim lessons for 4 yrs, but is not affiliated to any organization or does not have any certification. She is asking me to sign a waiver form. Am I obliged to sign this waiver though she does not have current license or certification. She is a good swimmer and has been teaching some kids.
