  1. Some signs are if they have trouble with reading or writing. They like to day dream in class. also they should like building or making things.

  2. http://www.medicinenet.com/dyslexia/arti...

  3. At the school I work for we have certain things we look for if we are going to refer a student for a dyslexia evaluation...Average intellect, average or above reading comprehension (most of the time sometimes the reading decoding skills are SO poor that comprehension is affected), average math skills, poor reading decoding skills (being able to pronounce words), poor reading fluency (measure of the rate and accuracy of a person's reading) and poor spelling.

Most of our dyslexia students fit this profile.  This is to distinguish between a straight reading disability and dyslexia (which we say are 2 different things). Also rules out someone who is a "slow learner" (below average in every area).

    Hope this helps.

  4. Well if you can see images in your head 3D and if you get letters mixed up. Then there is dyscalaula and dyscraphua...but i have no ideo how to spell them one of them if for math and the other is for a diffrent kinda math...i have all of them...same with my brothers.
