Signs of miscarrige?

So i know someone really close to me,

She has had thoughts that she is pregnant because of the fact her and her partner didnt use protection, and he, sorry to be so forward but blew a load in her three times.

hah, anyway. We were having a conversation, and the subject came up. She told me that she had this, bloody mess. It happened only once. And it was LIKE period blood. but it wasnt her period, she said it hurt. there was pain and cramping, i tried searching this online but i just got multiple possibilities that just confused me and her.

Help anyone?

Depends on what type of pain and the amount of blood. It sounds like a miscarriage.  The pain usually comes in like contractions would if you're having a baby.  And usually there is a decent amount of blood.  But, you're right, she definitely needs to see a doctor.
