Silk Soy Milk?

Is it really better than milk? And a silly question but if milk is suppose to make some people grow taller could silk do the same?

i think it does the same thing but im not sure all i know is that it is healthier then milk

It taste soooooooooooooo refreshing & yummy!

Seriously, I drink it all the time (vanilla) !

-but-

I use the regular for ceral & etc!

Its way healthier too!

I love it! I also drink milk, but silk soy milk is a lot better, and there are so many varieties

it's much healthier than drinking the milk of a strange species.  i like the plain variety as it contains less sugar.
