Silkin questions Dynamo’s transfer policy following the sale of Kokorin and Kombarov – Football News
Sergei Silkin has blasted Dynamo Moscow, saying that the Russian Premier League club should not have sold http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Aleksandr-Kokorin-c4576 to Anzhi Makhachkala at any cost.
The Russian tactician, who was replaced by Dan Petrescu after being sacked from the managerial position at Dynamo earlier this year, said that the Moscow-based club made a similar mistake when they let http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Dmitri-Kombarov-c11402 leave Arena
Khimki back in 2010.
“I'm sorry to see him go out of Dynamo. I find it difficult to explain why the club is selling young players. I think the structure of the club will be deeply affected if they continue doing such business in the near future. It
hurts a lot to see how the young players are leaving one by one. A few years ago, Dynamo let Kombarov leave and now Kokorin. Dynamo had young player, who most people predicted to become regular national team payers. I hope the club will make necessary replacement
before the start of the season,” the former Dinamo Minsk manager was quoted as saying.
Reports in Russian media suggest that Dynamo agreed in principle with the Dagestani club for the sale of their gifted attacker. The Moscow-based club let Kokorin, who scored 10 goals in 22 league appearances last season, leave
for reportedly for 19 million Euros.
In the coming days, the Russian striker will go to the Makhachkala-based club for medical examination. Earlier it was reported that Kokorin agreed on personal terms and conditions including a fascinating four million Euros annual
salary.
If speculations are to be believed, Kokorin himself forced a move to mega rich Dagestani club for more favourable contract terms and condition. Kokorin will join Anzhi despite extending his contract at Dynamo until 2016 last year.
Silkin went on to urge Dynamo to sign Kokorin’s replacement as soon as possible if they are to claim a decent spot on the league table next season after a disappointing campaign without a trophy.
The Russian coach refused to compare http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Andriy-Voronin-c6020 with Kokorin, saying that both the strikers have different attributes. Voronin will return to Moscow after completing a six-month loan spell at Fortuna Dusseldorf.
