Silly Work-Out Routine for Teens!?

lol.. im looking for a silly workout routine that i can do a couple times a weekk

i want it to be a lott of funn but also something i can use to lose weight.

if you could help it would be much appreciated. :D

  1. No exercise is silly, really - but there are tons of fun things to do that are good for you. Belly dancing, swimming, trampoline work, ballet exercises, pilates are all lots of fun but give great work outs. You can also exercise while you're doing something you enjoy - like walking a treadmill while watching a favorite TV show or walking to a mix of of your favorite high energy songs.  


  2. Hula hooping is great for your stomach... You could try some of that.. Good luck.

  3. If you want something silly, Alyssa Milano came out with a workout video back in the 80's that's pretty silly, but it's a good workout for teens.  

    Pilates are a not so silly workout, but they work the abs like there's no tomorrow!
