  1. No.  There is no such thing as duty free within Europe.  You pay the local sales taxes wherever you are and then you are allowed to take the goods across any other EU border with no extra charges.


  2. no. You can only get duty free when flying outside the EU. You can still buy the products, but will have to pay the duty on it.
