Silly questions: P value and significance- I WOULD REALLY appreciate ur help

Question

when we're trying to find out whether a value is significant or not:

a) do we look at the values under the column titled "z" or " P>|z| ".

b) if the P value is more that 0.1 does that mean it's significant or not and at what level (i.e 0.01, 0.05 or 0.1?)

b.  If P>0.1 then the variable is not significant.
