Manchester City’s Spanish midfielder, http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/David-Silva-c10601 has gone on to claim that his side can go on and win the Premier League this coming season.
The midfielder went on to make these claims following his side winning against Manchester United by two goals to one this past weekend.
This win now sees City cut down the gap between them and United to just twelve points, but despite that fact just about everyone knows that the league is just about over.
Silva feels that instead of focusing on the possibilities that this season could have had for the team, they should just focus on going on and ending it in style, so that they can come back next season, looking to win the league title once again.
When talking about his team and their chances to come back even stronger next season, the Spanish international is reported to have said: "I’m confident we can win the title again next year. I feel we’re growing every year as a club.”

"You can see with the players signing new contracts that we are growing and making a better team every year. Hopefully anyone that comes in this summer will help the team and help us even better for next season.”

"To achieve that next year [winning the title] we have to follow the line that we showed against United."
He then went on to admit that this season, City had not been as lucky as they were last time around. He feels that they would previously goon and find the back of the net at just the right moment, but this time around that luck seemed to have shifted to
Manchester United.
"Last year we had luck at the right times and this year we have not had that. We’ve played well in games, then in the last moment and get a goal against us.”
Silva ended by claiming that his side could still go all the way in the FA Cup, but mentioned that http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Robin-van-Persie-c31380 goal once again, which proved to be rather costly for the team.
"I feel I’ve had a good season like all my team-mates, but I think the difference was that goal. But we still have the FA Cup and I think we can win that."
