  1. I am assuming the bills are the same size as bills currently being produced.

The value of any of the bills depends on multiple factors such as

    The series

    The serial number

    The condition of the bill

If the bill was an experimental issue

There are several series of $1 blue seal silver certificates. The 1935A experimental issues, which have a red "R" or "S" on the lower right face of the bill, are probably the most valuable, and may be worth thousands of dollars in "uncirculated" condition. On the other extreme, any of the 1935 or 1957 series in "good" condition is probably worth less than $2.00.

The only yellow seal $1 silver certificate ever issued was the 1935A "North Africa Emergency" issue. The value of this bill could range from under $10 in "good" condition to over $100 in "uncirculated" condition.

There has not been a $5 silver certificate issued with a red seal since the 1800s, when paper money was a larger size, so I have no idea what bill you have.

If any of these bills contain a star as part of the serial number it is more valuable, possible much more valuable.
