Silveriverfeale thunders his way to victory in the 380m Grade A5 race

Silveriverfeale lived up to his reputation by winning the 380 metres Grade A5 race at Crayford on Tuesday, January 17, 2012. He was the favourite to win, and earned a cash prize of £113.
The winning hound has been performing well at Crayford in recent times, and that helped him start with the odds of 6 to 4. With a decent break, Silveriverfeale jumped to the lead and from then on never looked back as he posted a gate to wire victory.
Silveriverfeale completed the race distance in 24.02 seconds, after breaking in from trap number three. He was trained by S J Gammon, and is the son of Ace Hi Rumble out of Change Your Luck. He was born in January, 2009.
Second place went to Blakes Romany, who had a starting price of 7 to 1. She did have the speed to match the front runner, but fell short by 0.10 seconds in the end. Despite that, her trainer B D O'Sullivan would have been pleased with the outcome of
the race.
Blakes Romany entered the race from trap number two, and completed the total distance in 24.12 seconds. She is the daughter of Bombastic Shiraz-Phoebes Vieri and was born in October, 2008.
Bucking Bull, trained by P J Cusack, finished the race in third place, after breaking in from trap number four. He had a starting price of 6 to 1, as he completed the race distance in 24.13 seconds. He gave a very tough time to the second placed b***h,
falling short by a head’s margin.
Bucking Bull was born in January, 2009 and is the son of Premier Fantasy out of Ballymac Mir.
Further down the order, Glynnscross Diaz completed the race in fourth place. She was the least favourite to win with a starting price of 12 to 1, but still clocked the distance in good time of 24.29 seconds.
Glynnscross Diaz is the daughter of Toms the Best out of Glynnscross Ruby, and was trained by I P Stevens.
The final two places went to b*****s, Lynns Friend and Leaha Gaga, who were unable to match the pace of the front runners. They will have to do a lot better next time around in order to win the confidence of the bettors.
With the victory of Silveriverfeale, the bettors would have earned some easy money from the race. There was a lot of competition amongst the top three, which made the event exciting for the spectators.
