The cheapest tickets I saw on the official Silverstone website were for £100, just to stand . Hardly value for money. Better to pay under £30 to see the British touring cars. At least its exciting most of the time and at least half of the field have a chance of winning.

The last MOTORCYCLE GP at Silverstone was held in the late 80's, tickets were about £20.00.

I hear they use the track now for some sort of non descript car race where plonkers pay £125.00 a ticket to watch a procession.
