World number 73, Anna Tatishvili, drastically  lost to the 63rd ranked Spaniard, Silvia Soler-Espinosa, in an epic three-setter that ended up 4-6, 6-3, 6-0 for the Spanish professional. She is now comfortably placed
in the second round of the Sony Ericsson Swedish Open on the eve of Tuesday.

Spaniard. She was lucky on a couple of occurrences as well as the ball just kissed the touchline. However, she deserved that piece of luck to turn things around.
The flow of the stroke play helped the 63rd ranked Spaniard to exert immense pressure on her rival. She won the first breakthrough in the final set and didn’t look back from that stage; smacked her competitor to all
corners of the courts and clinched two more breakpoints on the trot to register an emphatic bagel. Everyone stood on their feet to congratulate the 24-year-old Spaniard on her epic comeback from a set down.
Now, the head-to-head scores at squared off with this triumph for the Spaniard. She was trailing 0-1 at the start of the match having witnessed a defeat at the hands of the 22-year-old Georgian in the first qualifier of the US
Open, almost three years ago.
