Simla manali - Need inputs on selecting package tour?

Friends,

I am from Bangalore and planning to visit Shimla and Manali in the third week of March - 2008. I am not able to select which tour operator to go with as most of them are in and around the same price tag. Please let me know your suggestions.

I and my family want to go for package tour as this is our first time visit to North India.

Thomas Cook - 8 days 7 nights package is 18,000Rs per person.

Cox and Kings - 7 days 6 nights package is 16500Rs per package.

Sotc - 7days 6 nights package is again 16000Rs per person.
