Simple Ham and Cheese Quiche recipe? ?

Can someone give me a simple ham and cheese quiche recipe? I did a search at allrecipes and there are tons but most use more ingredients than I have and / or are too complicated.

Ingredients I have on hand are:

eggs

milk

cheese (I only have mozzarella and parmesan cheese)

ham

onions

green chiles

Would a quiche come out good with just these ingredients? If yes, can you give me exact amounts of everything (or at least the custard part) because that's what I'm having trouble figuring out?

This the only recipe I had but maybe you could change it to fit your need.

Ham n Cheese Stuff n Puff

5 eggs

1 c. milk

1/2 c. sour cream (or plain yogurt)

1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (you could use onions and green chilis instead)

1 pk. chicken stuffing

9 oz. boiled ham, chopped

1 c. shredded cheddar cheese, divided (you could use mozzerella)

     Preheat oven to 375. Beat eggs, milk and sour cream in lg bowl until well blended. Add brocooli, dry stuffing mix, ham and 1/2 c. cheese; mix lightly. Pour mixture into a 2 qt. baking dish or 9" pie plate; cover loosely with foil. Bake 1 hr. Uncover; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 5 min or until cheese is melted and mixture is cooked through.
