Simple Question.... Please Help.?

Question

Will an associates degree in International Relations, a B.A. in Economics, a Masters in Public Policy, and a Juris Doctorate, get me interviews--for high ranking positions-- within the Department of Commerce?

I have lots'o degrees to.  It's all how you market yourself.  I think job experience is good too.  They may start you at a lower rank, if your experience is lacking.
