  1. Here are a few suggestions on how to style it:

    1. Pigtails--

I know these may seem childish, but they are coming back in style. Not high pigtails, but low ones.

    2.A bun--

Put your hair up in a ponytail, but then pull it through once more, but not all of the way. Keep it in the bun.

    3. Braid--

A loose braid off to the side is very s**y. Even better - a french braid.

    4. Half - N - Half --

Take the top layer of your hair and clip it up, while leaving the bottom half down. This works really well with thick hair.

    I hope those suggestions helped!!

have really straight hair too & these are some things i like to try:

pull a few strands back on both sides, but still leave some little baby hairs (or bangs) hanging to frame your face. you can hold the strands back w/ bobby pins- a huge pack of them is super cheap.

also, look around for funky sashes/ head bands. i prefer sashes because headbands hurt my head. but just place the sash across the same part of your head that you would put a headband, and tie it back around your neck.. i like to tie mine a little bit to the side too so the long tails of the sash can hang over my shoulder.

also, try a sloppy french braid. leave some strands hanging down in front of your face, and pull the rest back and french braid them loosely. this is really cute if you want your hair back, and if you do this during the school day- by that evening your hair will be really crimpy/curly when you take it down- a really cute look for parties & going out. if you try the bobby pin idea with crimpy hair i bet that would be adorable too! hope this helps girlfriend :D

Here are some cute styles w/ video demos: http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-crea...

I like the way the stylist conceals the elastic w/ a section of hair: http://www.videojug.com/film/how-to-make...

Well I am going into highschool and I have been thinking that since I use to wear my hair the exact same way every single day that I will start changing it up a little by just changing my hairstyle.

You can try just leaving it down straight, you can try curling it, you can try crimping it, you can put it up in a ponytail.

    Also some more ideas:

You can put loose curls in it:

    Half in a ponytail:

    Low Side Ponytail:

    Low Side Bun:

And Basically my makeup always consists of mascara on the top and bottom, black or brown eyeliner depeding on the day, mostly black for my brown eyes, a little bit of pink blush, and some chapstick.

It might seem like alot but it really isn't alot of makeup, just don't overdo it.

    Good Luck!

t would depend on the length, but I'm just throwing things out here:

    *High Messy Bun

    **High Ponytail

    Half ponytail

    *Down and natural

*If you have straight hair, wear it really curly one day, or vice versa

*Take your bangs/part of the front of your hair and clip them back out of your face

    *Two low ponytails

    *Two Messy buns--instead of one.

If you've seen Sky High, Watch the character: "Layla."

Her hairstyle changes every day and it's always really cute on that movie.

Experiment!! that's always the best way.......

Try one style and go to school in it, if you feel weird or uncomfortable just adjust it slightly so you don't look like you've noticed a bad do. BUT always make sure you have a spare elastic band and hairpin!!! there's nothing worse than being stuck all day with a curly fringe or frizzy head!!!

A good way is to start simple. Try a pony tail and maybe wrap a piece of hair around the elastic to make it sleek, or some cute clip (bows, dimontees whatever!!).

It may feel like copying..... but take "ideas" from other people, try it out on the w/e and then take it to school.

The only thing i would advise to be careful of is...DONT do anything too drastic, like dye your hair red within a day if your hairs blonde or cut it all off boy short, you really don't wanna be stuck with something permanent that could turn out horrible!!!

    Hope this helps xD

also accesories such as headbands or clips are really cute
