  1. you can make a chicken pot pie! it's easy! thats if u like chicken pot pies...

All u need is a pie dish, left over cooked chicken pieces, baking mix (i use Jiffy mix), mixed vegetables ( any u like) half cup milk,1 egg, and condensed cream of chicken soup!

In a mixing bowl, mix: chicken pieces, veggies, and cream of chicken with a spoon or something. Then pour it in the pie dish and in a separate bowl, combine a cup of baking mix, milk, and 1 egg and whisk together. That would be the crust for the pie, pour ontop of the veggie mix and pop it into a 400 degree oven for 30 min!

  4. Vanilla cake courtesy of food network:

Butter the bottom of two 9-inch round or one 13 by 9 by 2-inch pan. Line bottom with parchment or waxed paper.

In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar for about 5 minutes, until light and fluffy. Stir together flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside. Combine egg whites, milk and vanilla extract. Add 1/3 of the flour mixture to the butter mixture then add half the milk mixture. Continue to alternate beginning and ending with flour mixture. Scape the bowl and beater often.

  7. Here's a brownie recipe that is almost as easy as a mix and tastes  SO MUCH better.

    Brownies

    2 ozs unsweetened chocolate

    1/4 c butter (1/2 stick)

1 c sugar (I use a little less because I like them less sweet)

    2 eggs

    1 tsp vanilla

    1/2 c flour

    1/8 tsp salt

1/2 c chopped walnuts (or pecans) even better if you toast them first

    1/2 c semisweet chocolate -- chunked from a bar

Preheat oven to 325. Line 8 or 9 inch square pan with wax paper, butter paper. Melt chocolate and butter in medium pan. Add sugar, eggs and vanilla, mix. Stir in flour, nuts, chunked chocolate and salt and pour into prepared pan. Bake about 25 minutes. (I go for slightly underbaked - that way they stay nice and chewy). Cool in pan on rack for 5 minutes, then flip over out of the pan, peel off the wax paper and continue to cool on rack. Eat them quick or cover them up tightly once cool so they stay chewy.
