can you block with more than two creatures on any one attacking creature?

i dont think this is right buuuut it doesn't say it doesn't... the shadowmoor card "fate transfer" could you in theory take suspend counters off something and add them to another?

  1. Ah, the old days of Banding.  The answer above me is correct.  You can block with as many creatures as you want as long at they are legal blockers and the attacking creature doesn't have an ability that states it can only be blocked by one creature.  However, the attacker decides on damage assignment on your blockers.  Back in the old days of Magic, Banding existed and allowed the defender to determine damage resolution.

  2. Yes, you can.

You can block a creature with as many creatures as you want. The attacking creature's controller decides how damage is dealt, and any creatures blocking the attacking will trigger effects separately.

    I hope that helped!

  3. Unless a card says you cannot, you can block one creature with as many creatures as you want.

You can't take counters off a suspended creature card with Fate Transfer, as it is not a creature until it has been successfully cast.

  4. 1.) Unless the attacking creature or an enchantment says "This creature can only be blocked by one creature", you can gang block creatures all day long.  Note that the attacking player can divide the attack among all defending creatures.  If Player A attacks with a 6/6 and you block with a 2/2, 1/1, and 4/4, he can choose to deal 4 damage to the 4/4, and the 2 damage to the 2/2 killing all three creatures and leaving your 1/1 alive.

    2) No, the creatures must be in play in order for the move to happen.  Suspended creatures are removed from the game so they are not legal targets.  But you are allowed to move +1/+1, -1/-1, charge, and all other counters around with Fate Transfer as long as both creatures are in play.

  5. yes u can block w as many creatures as u want any one creature, is good to kill annoying creatures,  about the fate transfer the answer is no unless its in play and even so i doub it since the spell has not come in to play its not a creature yet, i think, i hate all these new abilities!, JK

you should ask a judge in the wizards page

    hope this helps
