    because% means ''out of 100''

    so, to make anything %, you multiply it by 100

    7:4 =7/4x100=175

    41/5x3/4x6=

    fractions are multiplied by getting the product of numerators (top of fraction ) divided by the product of denominators (lower part of fraction)

                    =(41x3x6)/(5x4x1)

                    =738/20

                    =36.9
