  1. clutch is left hand brake lever and some dirt bikes dont have one (ex: auto-clutch bikes mainly for younger riders 5-9)

and the back brake is the right hand foot pedal

  2. on the left side of the dirt bike there is a oval plate over it

  3. the left brake lookin thing.

  4. If you're looking for the clutch handle, its mounted to the left hand handle bar.  If you're looking for the actualy clutch part its, it's encased on the left hand side near the gears.

  5. It is on the left side of the handlebars, Press the lever on the handlebar, then shift down on the left side lever infront of the foot peg, let the clutch out EASY ,on the  on the handlebars, give it a LITTLE gas, Work with it for a while and you will get it, Good luck.

  6. left hand side

    right is front brake

    you must be new!!

  7. Wow I actually had to think about this question and I've been riding clutch 10 years. o.o

I guess it's just like second nature to me now.

But it's on the left side, that is if you're just talking about the gear for it.

If you're sitting on the bike, the left is the clutch and the right is the front brake.

..wouldn't want to get those mixed up, I've seen people learning clutch go over the handlebars at 40 because they pulled the wrong one.

  8. the clutch is a wet clutch behind the oval plate on the right hand site of the engine, the brake is a disc and caliper on the back wheel!

Or if you just mean the levers the clutch is left on the bars, front brake right on bars, back brake is right on your foot and gears left on your foot!

  9. Stop asking these questions and sign up for a MC safety course.

Get some practical riding experience. They supply you a bike and all the training to ride one safely.

    ]-)

  10. On my bikes the clutch is on the left hand side of the handle bars while the brake is on the first but that is ONLY for the front wheel the rear wheel brake is on the right on side by the footpegs, and the gear shifter is on the left hand side by the peg as well.

    Good Luck riding

  11. learn to drive a stick car first. if you have some property or find an old lot somewhere and get your parents to teach you how to use a clutch on a car. its much safer. and it burns the concept of "clutch, shift, catch" into your brain. the first time i EVER got on a dirtbike i was off with no problem when it came to the clutch. and at this point it pretty much comes as second nature.

but for the general rule of thumb -

    right side = brakes

    left side = clutch
