Simple routine for toning of legs...?

hey

i was wondering if somebody could make like a little routine for me to follow for a couple of weeks even moths so i could tone up my legs- there not all that strong and i would really like them to be!

it would be really good if its something that doesn't involve any major equipment -- i don't have any lol =]

  3. If you want to stay in your room and do the workouts then do the following:

    - 15 squats

    - 15 lunges (each side)

    - 15 jump squats

    - 30 frog jumps

    - 15 - 30 second Wall sit

    If you are not sure what these exercises are, you can search google for them

    If you want to workout in a park then - Sprint. 10 -15 second sprint then a 2 minute jog or walk. This will even help you lose extra fat (if you have any)

  4. try the most simple things:

    - walk at least 3 miles a day, the more - the better

    - take the stairs, not the elevators

  5. a simple routine to do before bed is:

    10 squats

    10 lunges on each leg

    20 calf raises

    then repeat this 3 times.
