okay, so I have been learning (well I know how but I havent really practiced) going forward then switching to backward (on 2 feet).Have you got any tips on how to keep your balance or make this easier. Also how to do it faster because I do it quite slow and I end up stopping.(is it easier on one foot?)Thanks!
