Simple taco/tortialla wrap recipes? INGREDIENTS needed...?

iv never really eaten them before and i dont like fast food so i bought the ones from the grocery store in the packages...so what typically goes in them?

i know some stuff like tomoatoes, sauces but im kinda lost :S lol
