Hi guys. I'm trying to begin a vegan diet from a vegetarian one and I want to lose about 30lbs (I'm 5'3" and 167lbs). The only thing is I am a pretty horrible cook, not creative with food, and just don't really know how to get my daily values out of some apples and a salad...that and I get hungry and start snacking on non-vegan c**p!
So what I really need is a link to or some ideas of quick and simple vegan meals. I already make a good deal of smoothies, so anything other than that. :) Thanks so much in advance!
