SimpleTech 250GB USB, 3.5" external

Question

SimpleTech 250GB USB, 3.5" external hard drive. They say in manual "USING ARCSOFT® TOTALMEDIA BACKUP & RECORD. Go to the root directory on your SimpleDrive external disk drive, and then double-click Setup.exe to launch the TotalMedia Backup & Record installation wizard." I have no idea how to get there (root directory, I don't see any ArcSoft in my list of programmes).They main reason I got this drive is I need to unload all my stuff from pc in order to fix it ( to reinstall the windows from XP64 back to XP32 because they say it causes many troubles in my pc including that I can't enable DirectX's though I had this problem even long time before I installed XP64 and put a new DVD drive).Any advise on whole situation or particularly on hard drive would be very much appreciated.Thank [e-mail]
