Simplex math question.?

Question

a firm has 250k, three funds

fund x1 returns 6%

fund x2 returns 10%

fund x3 returns 15%

cannot put more than 25% of the 250k in fund x2. what is the best distribution to maximize the profit?

I can't see the question being this simple.. there must be something missing?  (this doesn't look at the risk of the portfolio, which would require me to know the beta's of each fund.)
