Simply Fondue Questions.....?

Question

My boyfriend and I are going to Simply Fondue tomorrow night. Neither of us have eaten there before so I have a few questions.

1) How much does it approximately cost for two people to eat there without drinking any alcoholic drinks?

2) What is the dress code? Casual? Fancy? Dress-casual?

3)What do you recommend ordering?

And I don't want any "Go to The Melting Pot instead" because I tried to get reservations there and they were booked! So please, answer the questions I asked.....Thank you!

Here's a link for a Simply Fondue in N.J. The prices are probably similar everywhere. Dress is casual/classy. You could wear jeans with a nice sweater. Your boyfriend could wear jeans with a collared shirt tucked in. If you want to make it a more formal date, then wear a dress, and have your boyfriend wear a blazer or tie with his shirt. The dinners designed for two are a good choice-includes a cheese fondue appetizer and also a chocolate fondue dessert.
