It can't be simply put.  We could list off the likes of Sinfoni, McIntosh, BRAX, Genesis, ZED etc.  But they are not big power amps and they are not cheap.  So you have to state best under certain conditions because there is no single best amp or single best sub or single best head unit or single best speaker that people keep asking about on here.
