Simply unlimitedplan from sprint are their any surprise charges?

i jus read on the sprint simply unlimited plan.... I talked to their customer service( foreign) and she tried to tell me its only unlimeted within sprint network but the add states anytime callin? i also heard their customer service has poor training and knoledge

there is no suprise charges with this plan,there really isnt with any plan roaming is included and domestic long distance is also.And dont forget to factor in sprint surcharges and taxes also.by the way i am a sprint rep and yes the training is horrible.
