  1. its been a few years since high school but it looks good

    -y^4x^2(5y)(7x^5)

  2. (-5x^2y^5)(-7x^7y^4)

    = (-5)(-7)(x^2)(x^7)(y^5)(y^4)

    = [35][x^(2 + 7)][y^(5 + 4)]

    = [35][x^9][y^9]

    = 35x^9y^9

  3. ohmy god

    good luck. =]

  4. I am assuming that the space in the second brackets is accidental and these are all pure multiplications and exponentiations.

    These group thus:

    (-5)(-7)x^2*x^7*y^5*y^4

    = 35x^9y^9

  5. looks hard

  6. (-5x²y⁵)(-7x⁷y⁴) = (-5)(-7)(x²x⁷)(y⁵y⁴)

    = 35x⁹y⁹
