You answered my question the other day about a riser pad and you mentioned if my horse is high withered those pads wont work.What are you suggesting I use?

If you need a half pad or riser on a high withered horse, then get one with a cut out. My funky backed TB uses them without a problem.

If you need a front riser, but your horse has high withers, I would suggest something like this:
